I first met Pamela and Manny at a bridal show earlier this year. When we met, they said they were drawn to my metal prints I had on display. We chatted about their wedding, which was to be held at Twelve Acres, and talked about some of my recent sunrise engagement sessions, which they loved. We clicked right away, and I was thrilled to be asked to be part of their day!
Their wedding was on a gorgeous fall day. I met with the bride at the groom’s family home, while my second shooter Teresa caught up with the guys. The bride’s dress was a beautiful blush color, that was so unique, and fit Pamela’s vibrant personality perfectly!
The ceremony was at the stunning Central Congregational Church in Providence. Pamela chose this particular church because of the beautiful interior, and it did not disappoint! The gorgeous painted ceiling above the altar glowed, and it was the perfect backdrop for their lovely ceremony, which included some touching moments, including when the bride’s son and groom’s daughter came together with them at the altar to commit to each other as a family. It was so sweet, and resulted in the greatest first kiss moment!
After the ceremony and family formals, we headed to India Point Park in Providence for the first round of bridal party photos. My goal was to finish there early, and get to the venue, Twelve Acres, early. It would be just the right time to get some of the portraits I wanted to get, and they came out amazing!
The reception was so fun, and filled with smiles, laughter, a few happy tears, and lots of love!
Thank you so much, you two! Here are a few images from their wedding day. Don’t forget to check out their slideshow at the end, and please share some love with them!
